Warranty Policy

All products (All products ordered on the Alpicool Store official website www.betilife.com) come with 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated(Provide a 1-year warranty for the whole machine and a 3-year warranty for the compressor). Products found to be defective within the warranty period will be replaced based on a case by case basis and at the discretion of betilife.com.

Alpicool Fridge Warranty Policy

Products with quality problems can be returned and repaired. Customer needs to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will repair and ship back to the customer. Buyers pay all the shipping fees on both sides.

betilife.com reserves the right to accept or reject any warranty claims due to the following:

  • Water Damage
  • Intentional Abuse / user inflicted damage
  • Wear & Tear
  • Natural Breakdown of materials over extended use

    • The Alpicool Fridge F1 means low voltage for your car battery, it is eating into your truck battery and it shuts itself down so as not to deplete your battery. It has 3 settings for voltage shut off. Please set it to H1 car battery protection mode and full charge your car battery.
