Warranty Policy

Last Updated: September 2026

BetiLife™ is committed to providing reliable RDWC hydroponic systems and practical after-sales support for dealers, distributors, hydroponic retailers, grow shops, commercial growers, and end users.

Our warranty and support policy is designed to reduce product risk for B2B partners by providing pre-shipment inspection, installation guidance, troubleshooting assistance, replacement-parts support, and a limited warranty on eligible components.

This Warranty Policy applies to BetiLife™ products purchased directly from BetiLife™ or through an authorized BetiLife™ dealer, distributor, or retail partner. Specific quotations, purchase orders, dealer agreements, or sales contracts may contain additional terms. If there is any conflict, the terms stated in the applicable order or agreement will take precedence.

1. Limited Warranty Period

Eligible BetiLife™ RDWC system components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty beginning from the applicable product delivery date, unless otherwise stated in the quotation, order confirmation, dealer agreement, or product documentation.

The limited warranty applies only to eligible components determined by BetiLife™ to have a manufacturing or material defect under normal and intended use.

2. What BetiLife™ Provides

For qualifying warranty and after-sales cases, BetiLife™ may provide the following support:

  • Pre-shipment product inspection and quality control.
  • Installation and setup guidance.
  • RDWC water-circulation troubleshooting assistance.
  • Technical support for system components and connections.
  • Replacement-parts support.
  • Limited warranty coverage for eligible components.
  • Support for B2B dealers and distributors handling customer product issues.

Our goal is to help retail and distribution partners solve legitimate product issues efficiently without requiring the dealer to handle every technical problem alone.

3. Pre-Shipment Quality Inspection

Before shipment, BetiLife™ performs product checks according to our internal order and quality-control procedures.

Depending on the product and order configuration, inspection may include checking:

  • RDWC buckets or planting modules.
  • Reservoir and circulation components.
  • Pipes, fittings, valves, and connectors.
  • Major system accessories included with the order.
  • Packaging and component completeness.

Pre-shipment inspection helps reduce installation problems, missing components, and avoidable after-sales issues.

4. Warranty Coverage

The BetiLife™ limited warranty is intended to cover eligible product components that are confirmed by BetiLife™ to have manufacturing or material defects during the applicable warranty period.

Warranty eligibility is determined after BetiLife™ reviews the reported issue and supporting information provided by the customer, dealer, or distributor.

Depending on the nature of the issue, BetiLife™ may provide technical guidance, replacement components, or another appropriate solution.

5. Replacement-Parts Support

BetiLife™ provides replacement-parts support for RDWC systems so that customers and business partners can maintain and service systems after purchase.

If a component fails or a system develops an issue, the customer or B2B partner should first contact BetiLife™ with the relevant order and product information.

After technical evaluation, BetiLife™ will determine whether the required component qualifies for warranty replacement or should be supplied as a standard replacement part.

6. Installation and Setup Support

BetiLife™ provides reasonable installation and setup guidance for its RDWC hydroponic systems.

Support may include assistance with:

  • System assembly.
  • Pipe and fitting connections.
  • Reservoir connection.
  • Water-circulation setup.
  • Basic system operating checks.
  • Identification of possible installation or component issues.

Customers should review the supplied product instructions and follow the recommended installation process before operating the system.

7. Troubleshooting Process

If you experience a problem with a BetiLife™ product, please contact our support team before replacing, modifying, or discarding the affected component.

To help us diagnose the issue efficiently, please provide:

  • Order number or purchase information.
  • Product model, such as BLGX-04, BLGX-06, BLGX-08, or BLGX-12.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos of the affected component or installation area.
  • A short video when the issue involves circulation, leakage, pump operation, connections, or system performance.
  • Any other information reasonably requested by BetiLife™ for technical evaluation.

BetiLife™ may first attempt to resolve the issue through installation guidance, troubleshooting, adjustment, or component identification before approving a replacement.

8. Items Not Automatically Covered

The limited warranty does not automatically apply to every product problem. Warranty approval is subject to technical review.

Examples of situations that may fall outside warranty coverage include:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or assembly.
  • Damage caused by misuse or operation outside the intended purpose of the product.
  • Unauthorized modification of system components.
  • Damage caused by external conditions unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
  • Normal wear or maintenance-related replacement.
  • Loss or damage occurring after components have been altered, discarded, or replaced without sufficient information for inspection.
  • Issues involving third-party equipment or accessories not supplied by BetiLife™.

Because individual installations and growing environments differ, BetiLife™ will review each case based on the available evidence and applicable order terms.

9. Shipping Damage or Missing Components

If a shipment arrives with visible damage, missing parts, or a packaging problem, please contact BetiLife™ as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

  • Order number.
  • Photos of the outer packaging.
  • Photos of the damaged or missing component area.
  • Photos of the shipping label when relevant.
  • A description of the issue.

BetiLife™ will review the information and determine the appropriate next step based on the shipment condition, carrier information, product status, and applicable order terms.

10. B2B Dealer and Distributor Support

BetiLife™ recognizes that after-sales risk is an important concern for dealers, distributors, grow shops, and hydroponic retailers.

Our B2B support structure is intended to help partners manage legitimate product issues without requiring the retail partner to independently solve every technical problem.

BetiLife™ may assist B2B partners with:

  • Product identification.
  • Installation guidance.
  • Technical troubleshooting.
  • Replacement-parts identification.
  • Warranty eligibility review.
  • Product photos and specifications.
  • Technical information needed to communicate with the end customer.

Depending on the dealer or distribution arrangement, warranty cases may be submitted through the authorized partner or handled according to the support procedure agreed between BetiLife™ and the B2B partner.

11. Evaluation Units and Dealer Orders

A dealer evaluation unit is intended to allow a prospective or approved B2B partner to review BetiLife™ product quality, packaging, assembly, water circulation, operation, and after-sales support before committing to larger inventory orders.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, evaluation units remain subject to the same applicable product warranty and support terms as other qualifying BetiLife™ orders.

Evaluation pricing, formal wholesale pricing, opening-order pricing, and distributor pricing are commercial terms and are separate from warranty coverage.

12. Warranty Replacement Procedure

  1. Contact BetiLife™ and provide the order and product information.
  2. Describe the problem and provide supporting photos or video.
  3. BetiLife™ reviews the issue and may provide troubleshooting instructions.
  4. If a component is confirmed as eligible for warranty support, BetiLife™ will advise the applicable replacement solution.
  5. Replacement arrangements will be handled according to the confirmed warranty decision and applicable order terms.

13. Replacement Parts After the Warranty Period

BetiLife™ intends to continue providing reasonable replacement-parts support after the limited warranty period whenever compatible parts remain available.

Parts supplied outside the applicable warranty coverage may be chargeable, including applicable product, handling, or shipping costs.

Availability and pricing will be confirmed at the time of the request.

14. Commercial Grower Support

For commercial growers, BetiLife™ can provide product and technical support related to the supplied RDWC equipment.

When a grow operation uses multiple systems or modules, BetiLife™ may assist with product configuration, setup, circulation-related troubleshooting, and identification of affected components.

The warranty applies to eligible product components and does not constitute a guarantee of crop yield, plant performance, production results, or financial return.

15. No Guarantee of Growing Results

Hydroponic growing results depend on many factors outside BetiLife™'s control, including crop type, nutrient management, water quality, pH, EC, dissolved oxygen, temperature, lighting, environmental conditions, grower practices, maintenance, and other equipment used in the grow environment.

Therefore, the BetiLife™ limited warranty covers eligible product-related issues only and does not guarantee any specific crop yield, growth rate, harvest volume, or business result.

16. Proof of Purchase

Warranty service may require valid proof of purchase, including an order number, invoice, payment record, dealer sales record, or other information reasonably sufficient to identify the original purchase.

Products purchased through an authorized BetiLife™ dealer or distributor may also require information identifying the selling partner.

17. Warranty Approval

Submission of a warranty request does not automatically mean that the claim has been approved.

BetiLife™ will review the available information and determine whether the reported issue qualifies under the applicable limited warranty.

BetiLife™ may request additional photos, videos, installation information, or testing information before making a final determination.

18. Limitation of Warranty

The BetiLife™ limited warranty is limited to the applicable product or eligible component and the remedies approved by BetiLife™ under this policy and the applicable sales agreement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BetiLife™ is not responsible for indirect losses, crop losses, lost profits, lost sales, labor costs, business interruption, or other consequential losses arising from product use, installation, maintenance, or downtime.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

19. B2B Orders and Contract Terms

For wholesale, dealer, distributor, OEM, commercial grower, or project orders, additional warranty or service terms may be stated in the quotation, purchase order, invoice, dealer agreement, distributor agreement, or other written sales contract.

Where specific written commercial terms have been agreed for a B2B order, those terms will apply together with this Warranty Policy.

20. Contact BetiLife™ Support

For warranty, technical support, replacement-parts, or B2B after-sales questions, please contact BetiLife™ and include your order number and product model whenever possible.

21. Policy Updates

BetiLife™ may update this Warranty Policy as products, services, support procedures, and business requirements evolve.

The warranty terms applicable to a specific purchase will be determined by the policy and written sales terms applicable to that order.

BetiLife™ B2B Warranty Commitment

For our dealers, distributors, hydroponic retailers, grow shops, and commercial growers, our goal is straightforward:

Inspect the product before shipment, help customers install and operate it correctly, assist with troubleshooting when problems occur, provide replacement-parts support, and stand behind eligible components with a 1-year limited warranty.

We want BetiLife™ partners to be able to sell and operate RDWC systems with greater confidence, knowing that they have product-side support after the order is delivered.
